ROLE &RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating inbound serviceappointments


• Making outboundservice-related calls


• Actioning service-relatedcampaigns


• Updating respectivedatabases


• Liaising between ServiceAdvisors, and service staff throughout our dealerships


• Acting as a NewRoadsAmbassador

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Exceptionally strong,customer-focused telephone communication skills


• A minimum 2 years ofcustomer service experience


• A detail-oriented,thorough, and organized work approach


• Ability to work bothalongside team associates as well as individually


• Adaptability andflexibility


• Problem-solving skillswith customers; seeking mutual resolution
