We are seeking a Cargo Support Supervisor to join our team in Goose Bay, NL. Duties and Responsibilities Overseeing and coordinating Cargo procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures. Establish work priorities and delegate work to Cargo Agents. Ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed. Co-coordinate and plan for cargo services, such as visiting selected businesses, meeting with individuals, drop off of brochures and rates and following up with phone calls. Accept customer freight and inquiries. Update customer log. Ensure customers' needs are satisfied. Develop marketing strategies.
