You will oversee drafting resources, standards, QA/QC, and delivery of 2D/3D packages for trenchless, pipeline, utility, and infrastructure projects. You will mentor staff, drive workload planning, and implement workflow improvements while collaborating with project managers, engineers, and technical specialists to ensure high quality outcomes.
