As a Project Metallurgist reporting to the Senior Metallurgist, you will be instrumental in maintaining production stability and pursuing safety practices. A degree in Metallurgical Engineering and at least two years' experience in mining process operations are essential. You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of plant processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure safety and environmental compliance • Validate sampling results and maintain accurate production reports • Review and approve operational procedures for staff adherence • Analyze KPIs and propose corrective actions • Lead process optimization initiatives and keep control plans updated
Requirements: • University degree in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years' mining process operations experience • Solid technical and analytical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
