With fully owned and privately funded facilities in North America and Asia, Rapid Aid is committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.The Opportunity:The Senior IT Project Manager will lead a comprehensive global review of Rapid Aid’s business processes and IT systems, identify gaps and implement scalable, efficient solutions.This role will begin with a 3–4 month deep-dive study of global processes and systems, including end-to-end process mapping (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report). Following the assessment phase, the successful candidate will design and execute a 12-month implementation roadmap to optimize systems, improve data flow, and enhance automation and reporting capabilities.This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, requiring strong executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to work independently.Key ResponsibilitiesPhase 1 – Assessment & Strategy (First 3–4 Months)Conduct full end-to-end process mapping across global operations (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, etc.)Analyze existing systems architecture and data flowsIdentify system gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areasDevelop a gap analysis, systems heat map,
and strategic roadmapPresent findings and recommendations to senior leadershipPhase 2 – Implementation (12 Months)Lead execution of approved IT transformation initiativesImprove overall IT data flow efficienciesDrive system integrations, automations, dashboarding, and AI initiativesOptimize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central environmentStrengthen SharePoint and OneDrive architecture and governanceOngoing / Steady StateEnsure sustainable system performance post-implementationLead integration of newly acquired companies into Rapid Aid systemsContinuously improve enterprise IT governance and scalabilityQualifications & ExperienceRequired:8–10 years of progressive IT project management experienceBachelor’s degree in information technology or related fieldPMP certificationProven experience with end-to-end functional process mapping (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report)Experience supporting Asian backend operations (China and/or Vietnam a bonus)Strong knowledge of, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SharePoint & OneDrive, Enterprise system integrations, IT data architecture and workflow optimizationExperience working with hardware infrastructure and IT vendorsDemonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide implementationsStrong executive presence and communication skillsExperience leading cross-functional initiativesSelf-starter with ability to work independentlyStrong Assets:Background in SQL and/or PythonExperience with automation, dashboarding, and AI implementation You are A:Strategic thinker with solid analytical capabilityConfident presenter with strong business acumenEnergetic, solutions-oriented leaderComfortable fast paced operator in a fast-growing, evolving organizationStrong cross-functional collaboratorExperienced IT professional in global, multi-entity environmentsWhat We Bring to the Table:High-impact role with executive visibilityOpportunity to lead enterprise-wide transformationWork with global teamsCompetitive compensation packageLong-term growth opportunity within a scaling organization
