### **Job Description**## **Overview** **AtkinsRéalis** is hiring a hiring an experienced **Construction Manager** to join our team in **Toronto.** This position requires a robust understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The **Construction Manager** will be based on an exciting major airport infrastructure project based in the West end of Toronto. ## **Your role** * Manages the owner’s oversight activities with respect to construction coordination and inspection.* Works collaboratively with the contractor’s construction management team to coordinate the delivery of the works.* Manages the owner’s construction management team incl.



Deputy Construction Manager and Construction Inspectors for the sub-program.* Provides subject matter expertise with respect to construction management and general project delivery matters.* Supports design management to confirm suitability for procurement and construction.* Participates in constructability, scope management, and value engineering reviews during design.* Oversees the contractor’s construction activity to determine and report on whether program specifications are followed.* Actively manages, monitors, and reports on the status of the project construction progress and schedule.* Supports the commercial process as part of the contractor’s application for
