You as a Yard Foreman will:* Oversee daily yard operations, including workflow, priorities, staffing coverage and available resources.* Supervise, train and direct yard employees; assign work, monitor completion and escalate formal employee matters to the Operations Manager.* Coordinate receiving, staging, loading, unloading, deliveries, returns & equipment preparation.* Confirm orders are accurate; verify quantities and ensure equipment and materials are available and ready on schedule.* Maintain full awareness of all materials and equipment received into and leaving the yard; keep accurate records and promptly report movements, returns and discrepancies to the office.* Monitor inventory and storage areas; identify shortages, damaged, missing or obsolete items and recommend replenishment,
