Elim Village is seeking a dedicated Facilities Generalist responsible for general maintenance tasks and equipment upkeep within our retirement community. You will excel in troubleshooting, installing, and repairing various components while striving to create a protected environment for over 1,000 residents. - Assist with resident move-ins and prepare units for occupancy
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical appliances and equipment




- Perform ongoing preventative maintenance of facilities

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in building maintenance
