The right person will be skilled, confident on the phone, comfortable with computers, and committed to providing an excellent customer experience from the moment a customer arrives until they leave. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career, not simply fill a position.

What Youll Be Doing

• Welcome and assist Service Department customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Process customer payments and service invoices accurately
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
• Assist with service appointment scheduling and customer follow-up
• Make outbound calls to customers when required
• Help coordinate customer transportation, shuttle needs, and vehicle pick-up
• Communicate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Management
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
• Assist with daily BDC follow-up and customer communication
• Help ensure the Service Drive and cashier area remain organized and professional
• Provide customers with clear information regarding their repair order and payment
• Identify opportunities to assist customers and bring concerns to the appropriate Service Advisor
• Follow dealership processes and help create a smooth customer experience
• Filing daily repair orders

Automotive Experience:

• Automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required.
• We are willing to train the right person. If you have experience in customer service, reception, retail, banking, hospitality, administration, or a similar customer-facing position, wed like to hear from you.
