We're looking for a Full-Time Fixed-Term Sales Associate who is passionate about Labrador and excited to help strengthen relationships throughout the region. In this role, you'll build robust connections with business partners, community organizations, travel trade professionals, and key stakeholders while identifying opportunities to grow our presence and support regional economic development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands Labrador, values meaningful relationships, and is passionate about helping connect people, businesses, and communities through air service. Duties and Responsibilities: Represent PAL Airlines and Air Borealis throughout Labrador, acting as a trusted ambassador for our services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses, government organizations, Indigenous partners, travel agencies, community groups,



and industry stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across scheduled passenger service, cargo, and charter operations. Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events, and community functions to strengthen regional partnerships. Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with commercial objectives and growth strategies. Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve inquiries and deliver exceptional service. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, economic developments, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Support the development and execution of sales campaigns, community initiatives, and marketing programs. Work closely with Charter, Cargo and Marketing teams to develop customized solutions for customers. Track and report on commercial
