Our agency is seeking a dedicated Junior Financial Analyst on behalf of our Government client in Alberta. This is a net recent, full-time contingent contract position running from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. The successful candidate will apply foundational accounting skills to full-cycle accounting, month-end processes, financial reporting, and analysis in a structured public sector environment. In this role, you will apply your accounting expertise to support full-cycle accounting operations and financial reporting for the ministry. You will play an active role in executing month-end processes, performing variance analysis, maintaining financial dashboards, and supporting both internal and external reporting requirements. Working on-site in Edmonton, you will interact with various business entities to gather and share key financial data for budgeting and forecasting.
