The successful candidate will work as part of an integrated support, data, and reporting team, collaborating with internal teams and external/vendor resources. The role will focus on implementing configurations, customizations, integrations, and enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and supporting technologies. A key area of responsibility will be developing and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data from Dynamics 365, including Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O). Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. Translate technical specifications,



approved designs, and user stories into functional and tested solution components. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. Support the implementation of current and future solution enhancements and releases. Develop interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on business requirements. Analyze complex datasets and provide meaningful insights into business performance and trends. Ensure the accuracy, quality, consistency, and integrity of reports and data.
