Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence. Defensive Tactics certification is an asset. Solid communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Provide guidance on Ingka policies, procedures, and local legislation to maintain a safe and secure environment. Support and facilitate the completion of required compliance, safety, and risk-related training. Identify, assess, and help mitigate operational, safety, security, and compliance risks. Support incident prevention, investigations, and corrective action planning. Monitor, track, and report incidents involving co-workers, customers, and visitors to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Partner with leaders and co-workers to strengthen compliance,



safety, and business resilience. Support emergency preparedness and security-related activities to protect people, assets, and the IKEA brand.
