Become a Team Lead at Alpha House, directing front-line staff in providing essential services for individuals facing complex challenges. This permanent, full-time role offers shifts Wednesday-Saturday, 1-11pm.In this impactful role, you will lead and mentor staff while ensuring that individuals with addiction and mental health needs receive the appropriate care and support. Your leadership will focus on creating a respectful and compassionate setting that promotes stability and recovery. Responsibilities include crisis management and liaising with community resources to ensure holistic care.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and develop front-line staff skillsMaintain accurate staff timekeeping and shift coverageRespond to client crises and enforce safety protocolsEnsure medication administration aligns with client needsCollaborate with local partners and address community concernsRequirements:At least two years of leadership experienceRelevant post-secondary education (minimum two-year degree)Experience with addictions or mental healthClean driver's abstract and Class 5 Alberta licenseStrong conflict resolution and communication abilitiesLead by example at Alpha House, supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.
