The Upper Canada District School Board is looking for a qualified teacher with valid OCT and Intermediate/Senior qualifications for the Con Ed After School program. The role focuses on delivering educational content in a supportive workplace. You will engage students during the scheduled hours, fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Intermediate/Senior courses to students
• Prepare lesson plans tailored to student needs
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents about student development
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) license
• Intermediate/Senior teaching qualifications
• Commitment to equity and accessibility in education
• Willingness to work in a term-specific role
• No prior Police Record Check required upon application
