In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring sensor calibration accuracy and monitoring product performance under the guidance of the Manager of Assay Performance and Support. You will apply advanced reliability and statistical methods to address complex performance issues. Contributing to cross-functional teams and supporting junior colleagues will also be part of your journey.

Key Responsibilities:



• Analyze sensor calibration data and resolve anomalies • Improve calibration methods and document changes • Review product testing outputs for performance accuracy • Communicate performance metrics and coordinate analyses • Support and lead technical projects on assay improvements

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Science • Minimum 3 years in product performance evaluation • Proficient with statistical tools for evaluation • Ability to document and communicate effectively • Experience supporting cross-functional teamwork
