In this role, you will join our Corporate Finance team responsible for executing lead advisory mandates from inception to completion. Your focus will encompass client communication, creating financial documents, and driving business development efforts. We seek a candidate with strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of the sell-side transaction process.
Key Responsibilities: • Support delivery of advisory mandates from start to finish • Create financial databooks and information memoranda • Manage client relationships and ensure project quality • Develop materials for pitches and proposals • Identify market opportunities and support business development
Requirements: • 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent project management skills • Solid attention to detail and quality output • Knowledge of AI applications in finance is a plus
