We are looking for a reliable Winter Salt Truck Driver who takes pride in protected vehicle operation, clear communication, accurate documentation, and keeping commercial properties and public areas safe during winter events. What Makes This Role Different You can expect: Clear route plans and service expectations Real-time communication with dispatch and operations Ongoing feedback and support Training and resources to help you operate confidently Well-maintained trucks and equipment A team culture focused on safety, preparation, and reliability What You’ll Do Complete daily circle checks in accordance with applicable Ministry of Transportation requirements Report defects, equipment concerns, and safety issues Operate salt trucks and related snow and ice equipment Apply materials according to site maps, service specifications, and operating standards Respond promptly to dispatch instructions and changing site conditions Report equipment malfunctions and assist with basic maintenance and refuelling as required Maintain communication with dispatch, team leads, and fellow operators Record hours, service activity, inspections, material use,
