You will oversee civil, railway, and MEP design, manage external consultants, and control tender documentation to ensure technical adequacy and compliance. Fluent English and Italian are preferred, with a minimum 10 years in technical management on complex construction. The role involves BIM oversight, stakeholder coordination, and liaison with Clients and project teams.
