The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 6 to 9 professionals, overseeing the full M&A; agenda, and managing the end-to-end process of 5 to 15 local and international transactions each year. This includes sourcing, evaluating, and prioritizing deals,
as well as leading the negotiation and execution of transaction terms. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in M&A;, advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships with various stakeholders to strengthen the deal pipeline.Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a focus on M&A;, due diligence, transaction advisory, negotiation, and valuation. The role requires an individual with executive-level communication, stakeholder leadership, and negotiation skills, who is comfortable operating in a rapid-paced, high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, and possess the decisiveness and entrepreneurial spirit to drive value creation.
