This role focuses on end-to-end business analysis activities across large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations, and governance stakeholders. Business Analysis

supporting complex project delivery initiatives

Advanced knowledge of

project delivery

practices and standards across the project lifecycle

Proven delivery of

requirements management

for large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs

Experience with

PDLC , Iterative,



and Agile project disciplines

Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have

Prior experience in Agile requirements delivery

Prior experience in a financial institution

Payments-focused project experience

BA accreditation

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Identify and manage requirement risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints

Contribute to change management deliverables including stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, and change planning

Apply business analysis tools and techniques to solicit requirements and align to Enterprise Payments needs

Collaborate with technology partners on system requirements and design alignment

Support quality assurance activities including test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios

Participate in assessment and resolution of testing defects
