Provide leadership and direction to regional warehouse managers and teams Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all warehouses Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development Oversee daily operations of all warehouse facilities to ensure compliance with safety, quality,



and productivity standards Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operations metrics, implementing improvements as needed Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving processes. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse operations Proven experience in managing multi-site warehouse operations [Skills]
