This role focuses on creating practical, reliable, and innovative solutions that perform in real-world farming conditions. You enjoy working hands-on with equipment, translating ideas into functional designs, and collaborating with manufacturing and test teams to bring products to life. You are detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and motivated by seeing your designs perform in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop system and component designs to meet set objectives of performance, cost, durability, etc.Develop CAD models, drawings, specifications, schematics, and other supporting information.Perform Engineering analysis of designs using hand calculations and simulation software(s) to confirm design capabilities.Select materials, manufacturing processes and vendors.Design and support prototype(s)
