Provide consistently elevated levels of customer service to customers and accounts as well as vendors, reaching business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills.The RoleResponsible for daily Customer Quotes and Order’s. As well as expediting of those orders for the customer.Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and pricing information in a timely manner.Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products andsolutions.Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability, or specifications.Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales andoffering promotional sales items.Respond to customers via phone, fax or email for quotes, purchases, etc. in a timelymanner after hours on call rotation.The CandidateEducation: College diplomaWork Experience: 2-3 years related experience in a sales support role.Knowledge: Knowledge of bearings, mechanical power transmission, process pumps and or hydraulic components would be an asset.Proficiency: Microsoft Office,
