Join the Standards and Contracts Branch, Structures Office in this full-time role. Your responsibilities will include designing recent structures, conducting assessments of existing ones, and offering project management for structural projects. By applying your knowledge of structural engineering principles and project management best practices, you'll have a significant impact on the safety of transportation infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and rehabilitate bridge structures with detailed documentation • Conduct structural assessments and analyses for safety evaluations • Monitor trial project performance and suggest improvements • Support asset management through analysis and planning • Provide guidance on structural codes to partners
Requirements: • Professional Engineer licensed in Ontario (PEO) • Valid 'G' driver's license or equivalent • Strong understanding of bridge design principles • Experience with structural analysis software • Proven project management capabilities
