SCPCN seeks a Mental Health Therapist to join a multi-disciplinary primary care team in Calgary. You will provide psychosocial assessment, intake, and counselling within a patient-centered, evidence-based framework and collaborate with external partners to ensure timely access to services. You will contribute to therapy planning, deliver individual, couple, and group sessions, and participate in supervision and program development within a hybrid work model that blends on-site and work from home as #J-18808-Ljbffr
