Youll support customers throughout the lending process, taking the time to understand their financial needs, explain available options, and recommend appropriate solutions. Some conversations may involve customers experiencing financial hardship, so empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment are essential. Your Responsibilities Youll connect with customers by phone and in person to understand their financial needs and identify appropriate solutions Youll proactively follow up with customers who have submitted applications and manage applications through to completion Youll make a high volume of outbound customer calls, which may include 4050+ calls per day Youll ask thoughtful questions about customers financial circumstances while handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism Youll explain lending options, products, coverage, and applicable terms clearly so customers can make informed decisions Youll identify additional products or services that may appropriately support a customers needs Youll maintain timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and organized customer records Youll work toward individual and branch performance and sales goals Youll support customers experiencing
