Drive groundbreaking product innovation at Canopy Growth as the Head of Innovation & New Product Development. This pivotal role focuses on consumer-centric strategies and product launches from a fully remote position.

Reporting to the President of Canada Adult Use, you’ll lead the innovation strategy and development pipeline, ensuring new products resonate with consumer needs and market trends. Your expertise in cross-functional collaboration will be instrumental in driving product commercialization while fostering a high-performing team culture centered on innovation and agility.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and execute innovation strategy aligned with portfolio priorities • Champion consumer-first innovation and translate insights into actionable strategies • Lead end-to-end product development from conception to launch • Facilitate innovation governance through Stage-Gate processes • Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement

Requirements: • 10+ years in innovation or new product development • Proven track record launching consumer products • Strong experience with Stage-Gate frameworks • Leadership experience in regulated industries preferred • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA is a plus
