No Excuses. is our most important core value, and all team members are expected to actively support and promote our Health, Safety, and Environment culture.About the RoleThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of civil construction projects, from pre-construction planning through to completion and close-out. This role works closely with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.This position requires a proactive, organized, and solutions-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment. Project demands, timelines, and priorities may shift based on operational needs, requiring strong adaptability and decision-making skills.The Project Manager will also contribute to improving project execution processes, cost tracking, reporting, and overall project performance across the organization.Who You AreYou are a results-driven construction professional with strong leadership and project management experience in light and heavy civil, municipal infrastructure, mining, and industrial services environments.
You understand the complexities of managing multiple projects, coordinating teams, and balancing cost, schedule, and quality.You are confident working with field teams and stakeholders, making timely decisions, and anticipating project risks before they impact progress. You bring a strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, and scheduling, along with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.You are highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities in a agile, project-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle from planning through execution and close-outPartner with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverablesDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plansMonitor project progress and adjust plans proactively to avoid delays or cost overrunsLead and support field teams, ensuring alignment with company standards, safety practices, and project goalsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, including contract preparation and managementReview and manage project costs, budgets, and financial performance, including forecasting and variance analysisPrepare and provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership and clientsSupport material procurement, purchase orders, and equipment coordinationIdentify and resolve constructability challenges and operational issuesManage change orders and extra work orders, including pricing and approvalsEnsure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and quality standardsSupport development of site-specific plans including safety, traffic management, and quality controlMentor, coach, and support development of project team membersLead project close-out activities, including documentation and post-project reviewsMaintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycleIdentify opportunities to improve project processes, reporting,
