the military community guidebook and the newsletter. You will ensure coverage of local events and news operations in liaison with base units and especially with Public Affairs Officers and the imaging section.You will establish as many contacts as possible, stay informed about other CAF publications, and also foreign press material. You will ensure the integration of the newspaper and the various communications across social media and in collaboration with corporate services and the independent sales representative to ensure the advertising content.QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and LicensesBachelors’ degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline AND some years of experienceExperienceIn planning, organizing and coordinating newspaper publicationsIn writing and editing newspaper storiesIn project managementIn personnel administrationIn desktop publishing tools, software and applicationsIn applying policies, procedures and regulationsCompetenciesClient focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS French EssentialBENEFITS AVAILABLE Health Benefits: Drug coverage, healthcare spending
