In this senior security engineer role, you will lead Affirm's end-to-end AI security review processes. This includes architecture evaluation, risk prioritization, and developing controls tailored to AI/LLM technologies. You will also work collaboratively with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Engineering teams to enhance the adoption of AI systems securely.

Key Responsibilities:



• Build and run AI security review processes • Conduct threat modeling of AI systems • Review source code and system prompts for security weaknesses • Design security guardrails for AI tools and permissions • Evaluate third-party SaaS vendors and their AI capabilities

Requirements: • Experience in enterprise-level AI security architecture • Proficiency in Python and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Familiarity with cloud services and Kubernetes • Hands-on experience with threat modeling for AI systems • Understanding of regulatory environments like SOC 2 and PCI DSS
