compliance and risk management requirements;* Advise business partners and customers on strategic technology decisions;* Supervise the development teams throughout the solution delivery cycle;* Promote the adoption of development practices augmented by artificial intelligence;* Present and popularize the proposed solutions to the various stakeholders.**The profile sought is as follows:*** Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or information technology and accumulate at least ten (10) years of relevant experience, or hold a master's degree in information technology and accumulate at least eight (8) years of relevant experience;* Have significant experience in solution architecture in large-scale, complex environments;* Leverage orchestration technologies such as Camunda, AWS Step Functions, or equivalent platforms;* Master the principles of software design and development;* Use Amazon Web Services' cloud services, including container platforms, serverless services, relational and non-relational databases, and storage services;* Apply the concepts of composable architecture, microservices, application programming interface integration and event-driven architecture;* Design solutions that integrate orchestration, security and automation mechanisms;* Understand the processes and networks related to credit and debit cards;* Use agile methodologies in the implementation of initiatives;* Hold the AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification;* Demonstrate a robust interest in generative artificial intelligence tools and their use in the software development lifecycle;* Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, synthesis and popularization skills;* Positively influence stakeholders in complex contexts.
