You will design strategy, curriculum, and delivery mechanisms to move practitioners from AI-native awareness to fluency. Based in Montreal or Toronto, you’ll build a from-scratch program inside the AI Transformation Office, collaborating with leadership to define what AI-native fluency means and how progress is measured.
