- Teach life skills to promote independence
- Coordinate services and advocate on behalf of clients
- Evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a health or social service discipline
- Valid G driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- Experience with mental illness preferred
