Job SummaryThe Regulatory Specialist I supports customer regulatory reporting and documentation activities for CEMS and related environmental compliance programs. This entry-level position focuses on completing training and developing proficiency in data review, reporting processes, regulatory documentation, and DAS applications while working under significant oversight and guidance.*This position is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be employed for a defined period of one year. Any extension beyond the initial 12-month term will be based on business needs and is not guaranteed.*Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparation and review of routine CEMS data reports and customer documentation.Review data for accuracy, completeness, and potential discrepancies.Assist with monthly and annual reporting activities, including IAM and other customer reports.Learn applicable Canadian environmental regulations, CEMS requirements, and customer reporting requirements.Assist with resolving common EDR and reporting issues.Maintain accurate customer, reporting, and regulatory documentation.Develop proficiency with StackVision, DataStream/Prism, Salesforce, ServiceMax, and other applicable systems.Assist with CEMS/AMD QAPs, CGA reviews, Monitoring Plans, certification reports, variance letters,
