What You’ll be Doing Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? You’ll work with customers to effectively schedule and plan preventive maintenance for equipment. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile,



you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. During a Typical Day, You’ll Answer incoming communications from customers via calls, emails and other message formats Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues Utilize system tools and other resources to find the best contact information for customers and proceed to update systems Organize and arrange preventive maintenance site visits to be as effective as possible, minimizing travel time and multiple visits to the same site Communicate with customers and Field Engineers via phone and email to schedule and reschedule appointments Mentor junior team members and provide training on best practices What You Bring to the Role 1+ year of call center experience supporting a healthcare
