Company Name –Sailun Tire AmericasPosition Reporting To– Senior Marketing ManagerThe RoleReporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Senior Events Specialist is responsible for leading North American experiential activations across B2B and B2C audiences, including large scale events and national trade shows. This role owns the strategy, planning, execution, and performance evaluation of all trade shows, events, and experiential programs across North America.What You’ll DoLead end to end strategy and execution across Sailun North America’s national event, conferences and tradeshow portfolio, including concept development, planning, delivery, and performance measurementManages all other Company related events i.E. townhall, and other internal related eventsManage vendor and agency partnerships, including selection, negotiation, performance management, and cost controlManage vendor and agency partnerships, including selection, negotiation, performance management, and cost controlOwn event and tradeshow budgets, including financial planning, cost forecasts, and recommendations to optimize spend and ROIActs as the primary experiential partner to Sales Leadership, aligning event objectives with commercial priorities and customer engagement goalsEstablish and maintain standardized playbooks for event planning, execution, logistics,
and post event evaluation to enable consistency and scalabilityOversee the online merchandise and POS store portal support Sales with tradeshows and customer engagement activitiesProvide on site leadership and decision making authority at all major events, trouble shooting issues and ensuring seamless activationDefine and measure key event performance and present insights post events to inform future experiential decisionsMonitor industry trends and activations to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our event programsPrioritize and manage ad-hoc requests and special projects in the events and tradeshow space as neededCore CompetenciesEvent and Experiential Leadership– You understand how to design and deliver live experiences that reinforce brand positioning and support commercial goalsOperational Excellence– You are comfortable managing complex logistics, tight timelines, and high visibility activationsVendor & Partner Management– You lead agencies and suppliers with explicit expectations, accountability, and cost disciplineCross Functional Collaboration– You work effectively with Sales, Product, Marketing, Logistics, and with external partnersBudget & ROI Accountability– You are comfortable owning event budgets and evaluating effectiveness to inform future investment decisionsYour BackgroundA bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field6-8+ years of progressive experience in events, tradeshows, and experiential marketingDemonstrated experience leading large scale events or national tradeshowsStrong experience managing vendors, budgets, logistics, and onsite executionTire or automotive experience is an assetTravelUp to 30% of travel – Majority in USA and Canada#J-18808-Ljbffr
