At CHANEL, you will be an essential team member dedicated to delivering precision alterations while enhancing the client fitting journey. This full-time role requires solid tailoring skills, client care, and the ability to train your Atelier team. You'll work alongside the Operations Manager and Boutique Management, continuously upholding CHANEL's craftsmanship standards and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure all alterations respect the original style and proportions • Conduct fittings in various client contexts,



including remote • Handle client concerns with professionalism and diplomacy • Partner with Fashion Advisors to enhance fitting experiences • Train Tailors on CHANEL techniques and standards

Requirements: • Degree in sewing, tailoring, or alterations • 6-7 years in luxury tailoring experience • Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabrics • Experience in team leadership and coaching • Fluent in English; additional language is an asset
