What You'll Be Doing Welcome and assist Service Department customers in a professional and friendly manner Process customer payments and service invoices accurately Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department Assist with service appointment scheduling and customer follow-up Make outbound calls to customers when required Help coordinate customer transportation, shuttle needs, and vehicle pick-up Communicate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Management Maintain accurate customer information and documentation Assist with daily BDC follow-up and customer communication Help ensure the Service Drive and cashier area remain organized and professional Provide customers with explicit information regarding their repair order and
