Logistics ManagerLocation: Vaudreuil-DorionJob SummaryEutectic Canada is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate customer service, daily logistics, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and transportation activities. This mid-level management role is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and continuous improvement of logistics operations while supporting company objectives and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Design overall distribution, warehousing, and transportation strategies to lower costs and boost efficiency.Vendor Negotiation: Contracts freight carriers, suppliers, and 3 PL (third-party logistics) partners.Supply Chain Oversight: Manages the lifecycle of goods from purchasing to final delivery.Data Analysis: Reviews metrics, key performance indicators and evaluates carrier performance.Customer Service: Manages customer service department.Performance Management: Supervise warehouse, logistics and customer service personnel, including scheduling and performance reviews.Health & Safety: Maintain compliance with health & safety standards, company policies, and transportation regulationsCost reduction:
