This role partners closely with our Data Engineer to ensure data is accurate, well-defined, and usable through curated datasets, standardized metrics, and high-quality Power BI dashboards. You will partner closely with our executives to create high-impact reports and insights into the business.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and scorecards for project/site, departmental, and executive audiences; Apply best practices in visualization, measure design, performance, and report governance; Develop andmaintain a KPI/data dictionary and report documentation (definitions, refresh cadence, intended use, and limitations); Support a "singlesource of truth" approach by aligning stakeholders on definitions and interpretation of metrics; Validate data quality (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness)



for key dashboards and critical reporting outputs; Investigateanomalies and reconcile results across systems; Promote data literacy by explaining metrics in plain language and documenting "how to" usage for key reports.Skills & Experience3-5 years of experience between Data Analytics and/or Engineering; Diploma or similar education in Computer Science or Data Analytics; comparable data-focusedprograms and work experiences will also be considered; Advanced skills using Power BI (data modeling concepts, DAX measures, report design, performance optimization); Experience with tools like Power Query and SQL for querying, validating, and reconciling reporting datasets; Knowledge of Construction Management reporting concepts (RFIs, submittals, change management, issues, inspections), or a keen interest in learning about construction is considered an asset.Your RewardsAxiom Builders offers more than just competitive compensation and benefits; we give you the tools to build a long-term career.Hear from our people on what it means to grow here, and learn about all the extras we offer: Why Axiom Builders.The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000, adjusted for experience, plus a competitive bonus program.
