Our manufacturers are Ford, Toyota and GMC. *General Duties of an Automotive Service Manager:* As our Automotive Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service department, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional customer satisfaction, and a productive and positive work environment for our service team. Your key responsibilities will include: - *Leading and Managing the Service Team:* Recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating service advisors, technicians, and support staff. - *Ensuring Customer Satisfaction:* Implementing and maintaining processes to deliver outstanding customer service, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally, and building long-term customer relationships. - *Optimizing Service Department Operations:* Streamlining workflows, managing appointments, dispatching work effectively, and ensuring timely and accurate service completion. - *Managing Service Department Finances:* Monitoring and controlling costs, achieving revenue targets, managing warranty claims, and ensuring accurate billing and invoicing. - *Maintaining a Safe and Productive Work Environment:* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining equipment,
