This position requires a seasoned skilled with a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and at least 10 years of experience. The Portfolio Lead will focus on client relationships, market growth, and overseeing a diverse portfolio of water-related engineering projects. You will work closely with Project Managers to enhance performance, ensuring quality and addressing risk management without micromanagement.
