In this senior role, you will lead and mentor a team of Product Developers while collaborating closely with Operations for effective product scale-up. Your responsibilities include conducting sensory analyses, developing product specifications, and guiding the commercialization process for both new and existing products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership to Product Development teams • Develop specifications for recent product feasibility and compatibility • Conduct product sensory analyses to inform development • Lead product tastings and approvals with stakeholders • Manage project activities across cross-functional teams
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in food science or related field preferred • 5-10 years in the Food and Beverage industry required • Experience in sensory evaluation and product process interaction • Strong project management skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
