This position requires a seasoned qualified with a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and at least 10 years of experience. The Portfolio Lead will focus on client relationships, market growth, and overseeing a diverse portfolio of water-related engineering projects. You will work closely with Project Managers to enhance performance, ensuring quality and addressing risk management without micromanagement.

• Engage and advise key clients across Alberta • Develop growth strategies for water programs • Oversee water project delivery and asset management • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance • Facilitate continuous improvement in project delivery
