We also believe incontinuous learningand provide training to help employees achieve both their personal and professional goals.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order processing, always deliveringtop-tier service .Build and maintaintrust-based relationshipswith repair shops, dealerships, and fleet service providers.Provide personalized recommendations to help customers find the best solutions for their needs.Process orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams forseamless delivery .Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems, ensuring proactive follow-ups and ongoing support.Serve as akey point of contact, addressing concerns and finding solutions with acustomer-first mindset .Support outside sales representatives with quotes, follow-ups, and customer communication.Contribute to marketing efforts, including promotions, social media updates, website updates, and email campaigns.UtilizeMicrosoft Word and Excelfor documentation, reporting, and organization.UseCanvato assist with promotional content, social media graphics,
