Become an essential part of the KEC Neuroscience team as an Administrative Support III in Edmonton. This role focuses on scheduling patient appointments and collaborating with health care specialists to enhance patient experience.
The Administrative Support III position calls for advanced administrative skills to effectively manage complex procedures in the Movement Disorder Clinic. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, requiring excellent organization, communication, and critical thinking abilities. Your role will involve handling numerous demands, adjusting priorities swiftly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule patient appointments and procedures efficiently
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and management




• Manage room booking allocations and referral reviews
• Answer phones and confirm appointments promptly
• Perform essential clerical duties within the department
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum one year Admin 3 experience within the last three years
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
