Felix Pharmacy in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee all operations, performance, and regulatory standing of our Richmond Hill location. You will lead hiring, scheduling, workforce planning, and performance management for a large, multidisciplinary team, including pharmacists, technicians, assistants, shipping staff, and managers. You will coach leaders, ensure onboarding and training, maintain SOPs, and guarantee compliance with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
