Our multidisciplinary physiotherapy clinic in Mississauga is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate with a primary focus on WSIB IDT Program clients. Responsibilities include functional assessments, return‑to‑work planning, and collaborative rehabilitation with our physiotherapy team.

This role offers the unique opportunity to build and grow your own practice within an established clinic setting. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and caseload structure. Ideal for clinicians seeking skilled growth and autonomy. We are looking for someone who can begin as soon as possible.

Clinical Qualifications & Experience




Is in positive standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
Holds a University Degree in Occupational Therapy
Clinical experience in MSK rehabilitation (physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial)
Experience in a private practice setting and/or as an independent contractor is an asset

Compensation
Independent Contractor — part-time with the ability to transition to full-time employment
$60– $95 per hour, dependent on experience and skillset / Spilt basis
Flexible; ability to service clients in-clinic. Hours and days of operation can be discussed.
