You will guide team objectives aligning with Data & AI technology roadmaps while building robust partnerships with cross-functional teams such as Platform and Data Governance. Proactively enhancing service delivery through improved processes and automation is key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direction and set goals for the team • Maintain strategic partnerships across multiple stakeholders • Implement process improvements and automation opportunities • Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs effectively • Lead incident response and troubleshooting effectively
Requirements: • 15+ years IT experience in large organizations • 5+ years leading diverse teams in data platforms • Solid expertise in reliability engineering and incident management • Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC and cross-functional dependencies • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
